There were all sorts of circumstances going on and of course it was a public health crisis. And so we created the enhanced tax credits and those are going away. And People are seeing on average a doubling of their insurance costs in some cases in Wisconsin. Now I have cases I've heard of in one county where people will see 800% increases and they can't afford that. Tens of thousands, right. They certainly can't afford that. (08:02–08:11)
