Yeah, I think there's certainly some issues that we dealt with the last time we were advancing the measure that will still come up. However, you know, I think it's particularly helpful with Republicans in particular, who have Major business in [Republican] states and House members in their districts...are all passing Internal policies because they think it's good for business and it's good for worker retention. and that they're stronger if their workforce is more diverse.
