You know, we're really finding about what's happened through reporting. Many of the federal agencies are stonewalling members of Congress who are simply trying to get information. I talked about the Letters that I've written to the Secretary of the VA, letters I've written to Health and Human Services, letters that I've written to the President and administration... have almost completely gone unanswered. When we ask precisely how many employees, where they are, who they serve, we can't get answers, and that is not acceptable. A lot of what we're seeing happen has been done in the name of efficiency.
