So the open marketplace is the difference between being able to hire, retain and keep the doors open or losing staff to jobs at companies that provide health insurance. But this tax break is all on the line right now. If Republicans don't act, this tax break will end at the end of the year. It will jack up premium costs for over 24 million Americans, including pricing about 4 million of those Americans entirely out of the market. That's what's predicted that about 4,4 million Americans will no longer be able to afford health insurance. There's a very simple way to fix this problem and it's right in front of us. (12:29–12:50)
