One of the things I would really support is a tax break for first time home buyers. We need to give first time home buyers the tools that they need to afford their first homes. And I introduced a bill that does just that with a refundable tax credit worth up to 10% of a home's purchase price up to a maximum of $15,000. This would be for first time home buyers because second time home buyers you can have equity that you can apply to a second, a second home purchase. (11:34–11:49)
