And yeah, I'll be very interested to know whether that consultation occurred and if it didn't, you know, how we're going to assure oversight. And already in this administration, in the early days, one of the things we're seeing is that Congressional prerogative authorities are being trampled upon by the administration. And I believe it's all of our responsibility to make sure that we are still the body in the Congress that makes the laws and sets the appropriation levels and passes the budget, and it is the administration that implements those things.
