You know, I think she drug her feet on this because again, if it was a different demographic, I believe that person would have been brought in immediately and indicted. It took four months, I believe, in order for them to get the indictment and they had the information that they needed to bring those initial indictments. It's not uncommon for the county attorney to add additional charges while a person is in custody.
