Traditionally, only appraisers that are qualified in one state in the, you know, the state where the land is can actually do the appraisals. And so that's just creating one little more bottleneck for getting land ready for disposal. So My bill just says if you're an appraiser in Utah or Arizona or California, you can appraise any federal public land across the country. So it's just sort of, you know, eliminating.
