Well, the short answer is yes, it does. For anybody who doesn't know my district, which is probably most of you, I am in the classic purple district, one of the very few swing districts left. Of the 435 districts that make up the House of Representatives, I have almost an equal number of Democrats and Republicans with a very healthy number of independents thrown in. (14:27–18:40)
