You did this in the past and allowing us to get a better sense for what types of communications would be appropriate and necessary to restore broad scale public trust. I do think that that is still something that is so significant and so important for what not only CDC needs to do, but public health more broadly is it has to be able to meet people where they are to understand what is being recommended, why it's being recommended and what the benefit is to an individual, a community or a population level. And there's a huge gap and somebody needs to be able to start to fill in that gap and really effectuate a better communication approach for public health. (32:53–33:15)
