I rise today during National Police Week to honor those who put their lives on the line to keep our communities safe. Today I bring one name to this chamber. Officer Jason Roscoe of the North Las Vegas Police Department gave his life in the line of duty on February 4, 2025. This week, we honor his legacy as his name is added to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial here in Washington, D.C. officer Roscoe was the very definition of service. (04:28–04:39)
