I think that's going to be problematic and especially on the tuition increases because if we allow the autonomy to, for them to be more autonomous on the tuition increases, I think it will just go unbridled. And UW Madison actually had a tuition increase one year of 16%. If you look at just that campus, it's about a 9% increase every year. And I think the only reason it's held at that point is because for the last three or four years, I have had my tuition cap out there. (05:06–05:12)
