Yeah, if we do a bill and we've attempted numerous different bills on different issues and they generally get vetoed and that's the power of Governor Evers. He can veto whatever he wants. The beauty of the constitutional change is that it bypasses the governor and it takes takes it right out to the ballot box. and to we the people with the administrative rules that the people think logically that yes, we need to restore that check and balance, then they can vote yes and it'll be a constitutional change.
