I'm a bit worried on a couple of levels. One is the transfer of technology. Saudi Arabia hasn't always been a loyal ally. As you might remember, There were 19 hijackers on nine, 11 from Saudi Arabia. We had an extensive investigation of that attack on our committee. So I have some real misgivings about that. They're sometimes allies and sometimes not. (01:34–01:41)
