We should get government back open, and then we should have an honest conversation around some of provisions that Democrats are wanting to examine. We recognize health care costs are on the rise. The Affordable Health Care act is not affordable anymore. and we need to figure out how do we make it affordable. But we can't hold the United States and Oklahomans hostage in the process.
