These are the things that you all need. And having served in the state legislature prior to being elected to come, I recognize the challenges that Communities face challenges from a funding standpoint because you are limited to the revenue that's generated from sales tax. Had I stayed in the state legislature, that would have been my next big project. But nonetheless, you all oftentimes have these challenges when you're trying to find ways to fund important projects like this one. (02:58–03:14)
