And we ought to be concerned about that. I'm leaving, but you guys are going to be here for some period of time. Much younger than me ought to be concerned about that. We failed to do the right by our employees, by those who are working to make Congress work more efficiently. And I said that then this institution will suffer and we'll have trouble recruiting and retaining people.
