These are kids who grew up with active shooter drills, who grew up under a pandemic where instead of us coming together as a nation to protect their lives, we argued over the inconvenience of wearing masks. They grew up being told that their lives were sacrificial because we didn't want to remove some abstract notion of a second amendment.
