Voter suppression is, can you register and stay on the rolls? Can you cast a ballot and does that ballot get counted? And Georgia has perfected suppression of all three of those opportunities [registering, casting a ballot, and having it counted]. And yet every time they do so, we have to work a little bit harder to CIRCUMVENT their behavior.
