I would also say that we mistook self preservation sometimes for courage or simply not having the ability to take action. You and I both know that, and it's my personal pet peeve. Brian Kemp was not a hero. He simply did not commit treason because the law did not permit him to take the action that was requested. And 49 other governors also managed to not take the actions that were not allowed.
