And then your state legislature when they start to slash your education budget because they dismantled the Department of Education when they can't afford to deploy the Medicaid payments to your local hospital. This isn't just a rural issue. Atlanta lost a hospital in the middle of the city because Georgia wouldn't take money for health care. So our first job is to actually let those people who hold power know that we see them. The second is that we have to show up where we are needed and that goes back to the pantry. (35:13–35:21)
