While local cities will decide whether restrictions are needed, Governor Cox is encouraging Utahns to begin conserving water now before conditions potentially worsen later this summer. What we're asking is again, even before restrictions come into place that we can do this and again Utah's have proven that over and over again and so that's, that's what we'll do.
