I would just add that again, the intentions are always appear to be benign and you never know. It's not necessarily what they were doing with the property, but what they could do with the property. And again, We know the type of command and control structure that the CCP has over these types of entities. and if the relationship were to get more adversarial and that those properties could be used for nefarious purposes and we just want to avoid that from happening.
