The Idaho border is as dry as St. George usually is in August. That's the kind of thing that we're dealing with. This is unprecedented, and it means that we have to take some unprecedented measures. We know again that these fires are mostly human caused and we've stretched our firefighting resources to the limit. I just want to share this again as well.
