That is not the system that I think is sustainable. What we need to do as downtown looks so beautiful, we have this fancy nice restaurants and buildings and high sky tall skyscrapers. We need to lift up people in the neighborhood and we need to do more for that. And that has to start with building more housing. I would like to see 100,000 housing units in Detroit.
