They cut back on inspections and on heat sensors for the wheel bearings, inspections of the tracks. And look what happened. And they continue to get their way far too often with Congress. We're going to pass this [rail safety] bill. I'm hopeful it's in the next month or so. But the railroad lobby is really strong, just like the drug lobby and the lobby. It's up and down.
