You know, I think there's always room for improvement. I think when Tom Homan went to Minneapolis, he started some of the initiatives that I think were actually in the bill that the Democrats won't vote for. Body cameras, more de-escalation training, more independent investigations. I think these are at least three things that I know that Tom Homan has been in favor of, but also are in the Homeland Security bill that they keep voting against. (03:48–04:06)
