A dark international economy now supports the cartels, but also kleptocrats, human traffickers, terror groups and all manners of evil. We need to disable that structure. Treasury, DOJ, FinCEN and other federal agencies on the front lines fighting against financial crime and corruption need more resources. It's as simple as that. We should work in a bipartisan way to make sure they have those resources and that those resources are not diverted to other priorities. (14:45–14:53)
