So I came back and asked for a simple recognition that sea levels were rising as a result of climate change and Republicans refused to acknowledge that. I came back and asked that we recognize very simply that Oceans are warming because of climate change. and Republicans refuse to acknowledge that fact. So let's try this super simple resolved, that the Senate recognizes that climate change is real. That's the text of this resolution. (01:26–01:31)
