The shutdown may be over, but our responsibility to protect the health and dignity of of the American people is not. If we do not pass the ACA tax credits, we will be guilty of political malpractice for each person who goes without health care and who has an unfortunate demise. Once again, I stress every member in this body to make sure we retain health care and dignity of all the Americans in this country and their right to have health care and survive like anyone else.
