I again voted no [on FISA] for two reasons. One, they haven't made the reforms for the program that we need. because you obviously cannot trust this administration's FBI or other intelligence agencies to use this lawfully. They're breaking the law every single day and looking for ways to weaponize government, especially programs like this, against our own citizens. (01:30–01:38)
