And as they stay longer and we're able to train more, that's how we're going to close this gap. Some people are concerned about, you know, like we're losing people from the department. And the point is, This is not an employment agency. That's not what we're here for. We're here to build infrastructure in America. And if I'm able to do the same job with less people in this department, that means that I have more money for the roads and bridges that all Republicans and Democrats want in their district.
