And so if we're going to fund whether it's going to be Chicago or New York or D.C. we're going to make sure that they put the safety of the traveling public first or we're not going to fund them. And They rely on a lot of federal money to actually build out their projects. And again, if you can't get that part right. Why are we funding you?
