And then even though our graduates from the academy got out, they couldn't get into a tower to, to train up. That happened for two years. And so we, we saw a plummet of air traffic controllers. There's a mandatory retirement age for controllers. It's 55 years old. So every year we have people cycling out of the business. We need more, more young people coming in. And again, you can't focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. (04:57–05:02)
