This project is going to take us two and a half years, only two and a half years to do this bill. $12.5 billion. We are going to need more money for the software side of this bill. And The Congress is, by the way, this is bipartisan. No one seems to be partisan in regard to getting the money because we all fly. But they're going to have to find a pathway to get us the rest of that money. It's going to take us time to develop it, deploy it, debug it, train on it. (14:50–14:58)
