And so I don't think you're going to see the president negotiate here because he has nothing to give up because he didn't put anything in the bill. And just we're talking about air traffic controllers. Really important. But SNAP benefits and subsidies for Obamacare, all are going to come to a close as we get to the first of November. And real pain is going to be inflicted on the American people. And I think that's a decision that Democrats are going to have to grapple with. (25:21–25:31)
