But if we stop our innovation because we don't evolve our rules and we can do it smartly, we understand the equities, we understand the risks, and we work to mitigate those risks. But If we don't update these rules and we allow our adversaries to evolve this technology, it's very dangerous to deploy someone else's commercial technology into our airspace.
