Wisconsinites and Americans expect if you're going to vote to repeal, you have to come forward with your own ideas. I was given assurances from leadership and we passed a resolution this week as well, where we are going to go to the committees and start to bring forward our ideas with Democrat input. And we should be voting on those hopefully in March or April of this year. So what I've done this week is vote for a repeal and replacement to hopefully advocate a philosophy and policies that will reduce cost and increase access. (01:05–01:17)
