If you're in the country illegally, that doesn't mean you get to drive an 80,000 pound vehicle on American roads with American families that are going to church or to Walmart. That is, that, that, that's not what that means. I want to make sure that I have well qualified people, well trained people who are in the country lawfully driving these vehicles. And to say that you have someone who's been here for years, that they have a right to drive an 80,000 pound big rig and down American roads, I'll tell you, Bill, I fundamentally disagree with that.
