What made it even worse for them though is it wasn't just that it got the national attention of those special interests. But afscme, the Public Employees union started in Wisconsin. The Progressive movement under finding Bob La Follette started in Wisconsin. Even collective bargaining originated in Wisconsin. And so all the things I took on to put power back in the hands of the people were things that were historically a part of this opposing viewpoint. (02:02–02:06)
