The president signed in two new executive orders to bring down regulatory environment on construction, new affordable home and also to increase the competition in the mortgage industry to bring back the hometown lender. The community bank, which I believe for years historically community banks and community lenders, they really provided stability in the community in particularly for first time homebuyers and low to moderate income.
