And I want to encourage everyone that even if you run into a roadblock or a difficult situation, don't stop. Find a way to overcome. Get the right people around you to overcome that situation. Build partnerships. And Public private partnerships are key to overcoming this housing issue that we have in our country. And I can't reiterate that enough. Public private partnerships are the answer. And we want to do the best job we can do from a HUD standpoint to work with our private sector partners to bring about solutions for the American people.
