And so my encouragement is to continue to do it, to continue to be good stewards over private money, taxpayer money, to make sure that the money is going toward projects that actually accomplish the mission, which is what Our heart is at HUD, you know, to be good stewards, to see the American people achieve the American dream, to live lives of self-sufficiency and sustainability. And that's what I see here. And the programs that HUD has made available. And again, we would encourage a few things. As mayor for my ninth year, I would encourage one, the formulary grants are huge.
