“Well, I think it's going to be advantageous and particularly for first time homebuyers and that too, you know, we don't want to just focus solely on them. But I think for first time homebuyers with fha, with Jeannie Mae, with Freddie and Fannie, Last year HUD had we supported over 1 million first time home buyers, you know, through our FHA and Jeannie Mae program. And 500,000 of those were first time. And so I think making this announcement today opens it up.
