And we believe that with this new proposed rule that more than $501 million increase in income for tenants and about 79,000 families will become self sufficient just in one year. Rich 50% of people on public housing in 2024, 50% of people living in the household did not work or have any reported income. And so we want to change that paradigm. And so me growing up, struggle with my mother, my father, the divorce, the situation, my faith, them teaching me how to work, hard work in the spring, all of these things shaped me and motivated me.
