I think we have to let the judicial system work it out. Obviously, you don't want people who are committing crimes in our city. I say lock them up. I say we need more police presence, more police protection in this city. I think we have to align policing and mental health services, but I think by focusing in on vulnerable migrants or picking a few who may be bad actors doesn't really make make the point here.
