And so when they put that mosaic together, it can look nefarious, but they would otherwise require a warrant to do that. And they haven't gotten a warrant because they haven't needed to. They purchased this information, which is private. And people say, and oftentimes it's characterized as, well, it's your license plate information or it's something that you posted online.
