It rises up like a helicopter and then the things called nacelles rotate and it flies like an airplane. There have been an inordinate amount of safety issues and accidents resulting in the untimely deaths of American service members [with the V22 Osprey]. And so we had a hearing, oversight, to find out what's going on. Unfortunately, we really didn't get a lot of answers about what's happening there. (02:16–02:24)
