I don't should any of this additional 753 million in general fund tax collections that's anticipated, should any of that go to pay for the tax cut, the middle income tax cut? I wouldn't rule anything out. I would say You could use one time money for a tax cut. It just puts a ton of pressure on when that has to be renewed in the future. I think what might be more likely is to be able to use some of that cash for one time purchases. So you probably could use it within infrastructure, either with vertical construction or road building. (13:07–13:15)
