I think something that will be important is changing the nature of prefab housing, manufactured housing, the technology in housing, some of it goes back to a lot of the regulations go back to the Chicago Fire. There have been no advances in housing technology in 50 or 100 years. And we are hoping to be able to put out an all of government approach approach to try to standardize not zoning standards by municipality, but building standards. (55:13–55:18)
